Steven Wayne

(Chief Executive Officer)

Steven Wayne is CEO of Jensen Group, which he founded in 1991. Steven established and successfully managed eight real estate investment entities dedicated to developing both commercial and residential real estate for western clients in St. Petersburg as well as Fund I. He has personally overseen the execution of approximately 90 purchase & sale transactions and 600 lease agreements at Jensen, investing successfully through multiple real estate and capital markets cycles in Russia. Prior to Jensen Group, Steven worked at Morgan Stanley and Co. Inc. in both their Corporate Finance and Real Estate Finance Departments in the firm’s New York and London offices. Steven Wayne is a graduate of Deerfield Academy (1984) and Harvard College (1988) where he majored in Economics and was two-time Captain of the National Championship rowing team. Steven serves on the Executive Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in St. Petersburg and is the General Director of Sestroretsk Instrument Works, the oldest factory in St. Petersburg.


 

Andrey Aleynik

(Capital Markets Director)

Andrey Aleynik is responsible for capital markets activities including debt and equity financings as well as investor relations. Prior to Jensen, Andrey served as Group Treasurer of Baltic Beverages Holding AB, the largest beer producer in the territories of the Former Soviet Union and served as a member of the board of directors of a number of its subsidiaries. During his time at Baltic Beverages Holding AB, Andrey raised more than $3 billion of debt for the holding company and its subsidiaries. Prior to this Andrey worked as a regional treasurer for Ford Motor Company and as a corporate client manger at Citigroup. Andrey holds a Masters in Foreign Trade from the Economics Faculty of Gdansk University in Poland (1995). Andrey also studied Theoretical Physics at the St. Petersburg State University after graduating from the St. Petersburg School of Physics and Mathematics.


 
James Beatty

(Chief Financial Officer)

James Beatty is responsible for overseeing enforcement of accounting standards and risk controls. James has also been instrumental in coordinating Jensen’s tax and structure issues. Prior to Jensen, he founded two companies in St. Petersburg: EMG, an accounting firm in 1995 and EMG Professionals, a recruiting and executive search firm in 1997, both of which remain market leaders in St. Petersburg. Over the last 12 years living in St. Petersburg, as Chief Executive of EMG, James handled and supervised the outsourcing of accounting services to multinational firms such as Royal Dutch/Shell, Ashland Oil, SKANSKA, Ford, SC Johnson, and Caterpillar, among others. During this period James also devoted several days a week to Jensen before joining full-time. James Beatty has personally provided tax consulting services to clients such as Royal Duch/ Shell, Ashland Oil, and Skanska, among others. Mr. Beatty has extensive experience in accounting, tax planning, and management in Russia. James graduated from the University of Colorado in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration emphasis in Accounting. James Beatty has passed all sections of the CPA exam, however he is not a practicing CPA.

 
Timur Mamedrzaev

(Financial Director)

Timur Mamedrzaev manages the finance and accounting teams of all of Jensen Group’s funds. Timur is responsible for consolidated reporting, budgeting, cash management, maintaining internal controls, working with the auditors on internal and multi-jurisdictional issues, carrying out financial due diligence and designing informational and accounting systems. Prior to Jensen Group, Timur worked as country-wide internal auditor at Coca-Cola’s Russian head office. Mr. Mamedrzaev subsequently obtained certifications in GAAP, IFRS, ACCA and CCIM. Timur was the designer of Jensen Group’s proprietary accounting system, “M2.” He graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance with a major in Accounting and Auditing.

 
Maxim Popov

(Chief Investment Officer)

Maxim Popov is presently responsible for the investment process of Jensen, sourcing and executing deals. Maxim has been involved in numerous real estate projects throughout his career including brownfield developments, due diligence projects ranging across several Russian regions, and acquisition of land plots and buildings. Maxim Popov also has extensive experience working on litigation projects concerning privatization and investment rights. Prior to Jensen, Maxim ran a boutique law firm specializing in real estate projects which he founded in 2003. Prior to this, he worked for Ernst & Young as a legal and tax manager. There he managed a group of 20 professionals rendering legal and tax services to multinational and local clients. Maxim joined Ernst & Young from Arthur Andersen when their CIS member firm merged with Ernst & Young in early 2002. Maxim worked in Arthur Andersen’s legal department which he joined in 1997. Prior to Arthur Andersen, he worked as a legal counsel for SLO, attorneys-at-law, a Scandinavian law company which he joined as a paralegal in 1993. In addition to his professional experience involving real estate transactions, Maxim has also participated in real estate projects privately, the most significant of these is redevelopment of a 550,000 sq. ft. factory in a southern suburb of St. Petersburg. Maxim graduated with a distinction from both St. Petersburg State and the University of Leiden (Netherlands) and holds a PhD (kandidatskaya) in law.

 

Irena Anisimova

(Managing Director, Development Company)

Irena Anisimova, in addition to her management responsibilities, is responsible for the Petrovsky Arsenal development in Sestroretsk, a suburb of St. Petersburg. Prior to Jensen, Irena worked for Astera Oncor heading their St. Petersburg real estate division, handling both operational issues and overseeing development consultancy. While at Astera Oncor, Irena oversaw the marketing and leasing of the 75,000 square meters Raduga Shopping Center. Prior to Astera, Irena Anisimova served as Commercial Manager for Bovis Lend Lease both in Moscow and St. Petersburg from 1998 through to early 2004. Prior to Bovis Lend Lease, she worked in construction, development and real estate at British Architectural’s Project Management practice, where she started her career in 1994. During her time at Bovis Lend Lease, Irena played a leading role in the successful construction of an 80,000 sq. m. factory for Philip Morris, and a 30,000 sq. m. elite residential building, among many other smaller projects in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Irena has degrees in both management from St. Petersburg Sports Academy in 1992 and Economics and Finance from St. Petersburg State University in 2005.

 
Ruben Afrikyan

(Director, Construction Management)

Ruben Afrikyan oversees all construction and engineering at Jensen. Ruben is responsible for the development of a multi-phase strategic development plan for the Sestra River Developments, including responsibility for building out a team, developing a business plan and managing the site. Prior to Jensen, Ruben worked at Bovis Lend Lease which he joined in 1994 as Director of Operations for North- Western Russia. From 2001 to 2004 at Bovis Lend Lease, Ruben was Project Manager for the construction of the first part of Sheremetyevo-3 Terminal in Moscow, as well as a cultural centre and logistics facility in St. Petersburg. From 1994 to 1999, Ruben worked as Construction Manager among others, overseeing the construction of a 70,000 square meters underground shopping centre Moscow. Prior to working in the private sector, he worked constructing nuclear power plants for the Russian and Soviet governments.

 

Andrey Dauranov

(Chief of Legal Department)

Andrey Dauranov is responsible for all legal issues of Jensen Group. Prior to Jensen Andrey worked as Senior lawyer and Deputy General Director of Lipsanen & Co Law firm (part of Lipsanen Group of companies with head office in Finland). During Andrey's career in L&Co he has been involved in numerous projects including real estate, investment and due diligence projects in Saint Petersburg and some other regions of the Russian Federation, mergers and acquisition of companies, land plots and buildings, as well as litigation projects. In the course of realization of the projects Andrey was assisting clients in legal and other related aspects, ensuring that the projects would succeed legally and commercially. Andrey was trusted to hold sensitive and responsible position of General Director of Clients' subsidiary companies, among them - ICKM company which included into Italian investment-financial group VeronaGest (implementation of investment project of design, construction and sales of residential and commercial property in one of the central regions of St. Petersburg) and subsidiary of Antolin Group, Spanish owned company having more than 70 plants all over the world specialized on manufacturing and sale of automotive components for the auto-industry (organization of production in Vsevolozhsk). Prior to this he worked as Chief of legal department for holding Lybimiy Gorod which has been a significant player on real estate market in one's time and also as legal counsel of branch office in St. Petersburg of the German law firm Langer, Happe u. Partner. Andrey graduated from the Law Department of St. Petersburg State University in 1998.

 

Mikhail Makarov

(Head of Legal Department, Development Company)

Mikhail Makarov’s prior job experience includes OOO “Mansardy Peterburga” and RBI Holding. At RBI, one of the leading companies of St. Petersburg in construction, Mikhail was responsible for a wide range of corporate law issues, including dealing with shares, shareholders, contracts with subcontractors, land purchase agreements. Mikhail graduated from the Law Department of St. Petersburg State University in 1997.

 

Taisiya Natsanova

(Human Resources Manager)

Taisiya Natsanova currently acts as Human Recourses Manager of Jensen Group. She joined Jensen in September 2006. Taisiya is responsible for organizing work with personnel in accordance with the main objectives of the company development. Prior to Jensen, Taisiya worked at the recruiting agency and was responsible for recruiting of top and medium – level managers. Taisiya graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of Perm State University.


 
Anna Rezhepp

(Associate, Capital Markets)

Anna Rezhepp manages investor relations and supports Jensen Group’s capital raising activities. Anna joined Jensen Group in 2005 as client relations manager. She started her professional career in 2004 at a local real estate agency, where she was promoted to Director of the Tourist Department. Anna Rezhepp graduated with a bachelor degree with honors from the Management Faculty of St. Petersburg State University in 2002 and with a Masters degree in 2004.

 

Ekaterina Kolokolova

(Sales and leasing manager)

Ekaterina Kolokolova is responsible for all the sale and leasing activities of the retail, office and residential premises belonging to the company. Ekaterina joined Jensen Group as a client relations manager in July 2007. Ekaterina graduated from the State Pedagogical University in 2005 from the Foreign Languages faculty and is majoring in the English and Spanish languages. While in her third year at the University Kate started working as a receptionist and an assistant to the branch manager in an IT company that was purchased by Intel Corporation where she kept working for 3,5 years and grew up to the position of a team assistant. Before joining Jensen Group Ekaterina tried herself as an Administrative and HR coordinator in an international consulting company but gave preference to a more interesting position at Jensen.


 

Maria Ukradyzhenko

(Associate, Jensen Investment Group)

Maria Ukradyzhenko joined Jensen in March 2004, and currently manages Jensen Retail portfolio as well as Jensen land deals. Maria is also responsible for finding, analyzing and managing new deals for Jensen Group. Prior to Jensen, Maria worked at a bank in Moscow and was responsible for managing their real estate assets including an 8,000 sq. m. business centre. Maria graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a Masters Degree in Danish and English languages in 2000 and holds an MBA from American University of Business and Economics received in 2004. Currently Maria is also receiving a PhD in economics from Saint Petersburg University of Finance and Economics. Maria is the President of Saint Petersburg Jewish Reform Community and serves as a Board Member of the Former Soviet Union Committee for the World Union for Progressive Judaism.


 

Olga Danilova

(Financial Controller)

Olga Danilova currently acts as Financial Controller of Jensen Group fund. Prior to Jensen, Olga worked in financial departments of several international companies. She held accounting and internal control positions in hotels, managed by international operators. Also Olga worked as financial manager of local development project in European Investment Company. Olga Danilova graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.


 
Olga Volochaninova

(Financial Controller, Jensen Russian Real Estate Funds)

Olga Volochaninova currently acts as Financial Controller of Jensen Group funds. Prior to Jensen, Olga worked at the Institute for Enterprise Issues as a licensed auditor and leading expert in Russia taxation for 11 years. Olga graduated from the St. Petersburg State University with a degree in Mathematics and from the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance with a major in Accounting and Auditing. In 2004, Olga became certified by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in International Financing Reporting (Russian).

 

Anna Mamonova

(Financial Controller)

Anna Mamonova currently acts as Financial Controller of Jensen Group fund. She began working at Jensen Group in September 2003 as an accountant. Anna obtained certifications in GAAP, DipIFR and CCIM. She graduated from the Department of Economics and Management at the Saint Petersburg State Polytechnic University.
